CampusCare Student Health Benefit Program

CampusCare is the University-Based Student Health Benefit Program that is automatically provided and charged to all new UIC students upon registration. The charge for CampusCare is shown on your student account (e-Bill). If you are covered by another insurance provider, such as that available through your parents or your employer, and if you want to waive out, you MUST follow online steps to waive the CampusCare Program in order to avoid being charged for the CampusCare fee.  The Spring 2015 Benefit Change Period deadline is Sunday, February 8, 2015. All forms must be submitted online before that date. Please visit the CampusCare website at uic.edu/hsc/campuscare to learn more about the program, to access all online forms, print ID Cards, view your benefits, and to locate CampusCare Health Center physicians.

Make sure your housing plans are in order, whether you are living on or off campus. If you have decided to live on campus, please make sure that all your housing forms are submitted to the Campus Housing Office.  For more information about campus housing, please visit housing.uic.edu.
